What Type Of Subfloor For Bathroom

Hi, just joined this great forum and hoping someone can help me solve my confusion.

I'm wanting to replace my bathroom sub-floor which currently is moisture resistant particle board (18mm).

I was planning on using Wickes exterior grade 18mm plywood but have been really thrown by the fact is says not for Structural use e.g.

http://www.wickes.co.uk/exterior-plywoo ... vt/110037/

Depth: 18mm
Certification: EN636-2, EN314-2
Type: Hardwood Plywood
Length: 2440mm
Width: 1220mm
Structural: No
Exterior Use: Yes
Pack Size: Single

This board will be screwed directly to the joists which have a 400mm spacing but I noticed Wickes also do this structural plywood which appears to have greater certification making this suitable for a sub-floor.

http://www.wickes.co.uk/structural-plyw ... vt/110036/

Depth: 18mm
Certification: EN636-2, EN314-2, BS5268, Euro code 5
Type: Spruce Plywood
Length: 2440mm
Width: 1220mm
Structural: Yes
Exterior Use: Yes
Pack Size: Single

So in theory the exterior plywood provides the water resistance for any small leaks but is it suitable for a sub-floor not been graded as structural? The structural one seems the right choice in terms of strength but then not sure if this is water resistant enough for the bathroom use. Everywhere I read talks about WBP or external grade plwood for bathroom so I'm really confused now. It appears the EN636-2 is good enough for what I need in a bathroom.

What is the correct choice for my bathroom? I won't be tiling direct to this surface and plan on using a cement board on top of this sub-floor.

Thanks is advance,
